BIO:
Gianluca lives in the vibrant heart of Milano, where innovation meets timeless beauty.
Originally from Sicily, he carries with him the warmth, depth, and rich cultural heritage of the island. It was there, surrounded by the Mediterranean sun and the echoes of ancient history, that he pursued and earned his master degree in Electronic Engineering, a field that satisfies his analytical mind and fuels his curiosity for how things work beneath the surface.
But Gianluca is not defined solely by circuits and algorithms. Photography has always been more than just a hobby, it is a lifelong passion and a way of seeing the world through a lens of intentionality and wonder. For him, it is a practice of continuous evolution: an art form that sharpens his eye, challenges his perspective, and captures fleeting moments that tell powerful stories.
His work gravitates toward street scenes, travel reportage, and wildlife moments, capturing the spontaneity of life as it unfolds.
"Your first 1,000 photographs are your worst" (Henri Cartier-Bresson)
"If your pictures are not good enough, you are not close enough" (Robert Capa)
"It's about time we start to take photography seriously and treat it as a hobby" (Elliott Erwitt)
