Gianluca lives in Milan, but his roots are in Sicily, where he earned his master's degree in Electronic Engineering. Engineering left him curious about how the real world works, and about where that curiosity meets his creative side.

Photography has been a constant in his life for years. It's a way of paying closer attention to the world, and he keeps learning, one shot at a time.

Gianluca mostly shoots street scenes, travel reportage, and wildlife. He's drawn to spontaneous moments, but approaches them with an engineer's patience and precision.
